Dilawar A. Syed
Dilawar Syed is President and CEO of Yonja Media Group, a leading emerging markets social media company based in Silicon Valley and Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to Yonja Media Group, Mr. Syed held leadership roles in various Fortune 100 companies including Yahoo!, SAP, Siebel Systems, Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young. Mr. Syed is active in a broad range of civic efforts globally. Mr. Syed Co-Chairs Dosti Network, an Atlantic Council entrepreneurship forum connecting emerging business leaders in India, Pakistan and diaspora communities. Mr. Syed serves on the board of non-profit OPEN Silicon Valley. Mr. Syed holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
