Office of the Chief Operations Services (OCOS)

The Office of the Chief of Operation Services (OCOS) oversees the operational activities that maintain and run the physical and logistical aspects of the EOP complex.

  • The Facilities Management Office oversees the maintenance and space allocations within EOP buildings, and also serves as a liaison with the General Services Administration and other supporting entities on and around the White House complex. Additionally, the Facilities Management Office is responsible for providing the approved vehicle list to the USSS Joint Operations Center, managing work orders, providing interior design services and acting as the custodian for the loaned art program.

  • The Mail Support & Operations Division manages the newspaper/magazine distribution; mail pickup and delivery; United Parcel Services (UPS) package acceptance; transportation requests and courier delivery; red tag pickup and delivery; and meter official mail for various EOP components.

  • Supply, Storage and Distribution Management Division provides office supplies, receipt, delivery, and temporary storage of parcels, furniture, equipment, and other bulk items; and manage­ment of personal property.
