Please describe your interest in OSTP, the issue areas and divisions of focus, and any relevant skills and experience.
Legal Internship candidates should submit a 2 to 4 page double-spaced writing sample addressing a legal or policy topic. Excerpts of a longer written product are acceptable, but law students are encouraged to submit a sample other than a first-year legal research and writing brief.
LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
At least one (but no more than three) letter of recommendation are required to complete an application.
Please instruct your recommenders to submit their letters (.doc, .docx or .pdf)directly to studentvolunteers@ostp.gov, with your name and either "DIVISION" or "LEGAL" included in the email subject heading (to indicate the internship to which you are applying), by the application deadline.
