Welcome to this week’s edition of the Council on Women and Girls’ Weekly Highlights – this week we’ve been involved with a range of activities from unveiling the Department of Treasury’s Financial Literacy and Education Commission’s (FLEC) National Strategy for Financial Literacy 2011 to taking part in a Focus on Workplace Flexibility national conference to a Senate hearing on the passage of the Convention of the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).  And remember, if you have friends or family that would like to join our efforts, please have them contact us.
