All eyes were on the sky above the White House this morning as Space Shuttle Discovery did a lap across the nation's capital. The Shuttle was getting a piggyback ride from a Boeing 747 jet -- known as NASA 905 -- as it made its way from the Kennedy Space Center to Washington Dulles International Airport for delivery at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum Steve F.
