The Sochi 2014 Olympics may be over, but the Let's Move! Olympics are just getting started. And to mark National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, we invited some of our nation's greatest athletes to participate.

Watch as members of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic teams, led by Bo and Sunny, take to the South Lawn of the White House for the Opening Ceremony of the Let's Move! Olympics and talk about the importance of healthy eating.

"It's night and day, the difference when you're eating the right foods versus the wrong foods," said Lauryn Williams, a Team USA bobsledder.

After proceeding up the South Lawn, Team USA members shared what vegetables they love to eat and how eating healthy helps them stay fit and ready to compete.
