Carol’s son Justin was born with a rare genetic lung disorder and survived a traumatic brain injury four years ago. He graduated from college last December. Because of the health care law, he’s able to stay on his father’s plan, which means he can consider the possibility of going to law school instead of spending his time and resources trying to find health insurance.

Graduating from college is an exciting time in every persons life, but in today's economy it often means being cut off from your parent's health insurance and not being able to afford your own. Thanks to the Affordable Care Act though, graduates are able to stay on their parent's insurance until they're 26, an assurance that is most comforting in this unpredictable day and age.
