Daniel Oldham, 23, is an entrepreneur and current engineering graduate student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (NC A&T) State University, where he works at the Sustainable Infrastructure Materials Laboratory. Recently, Daniel started Bio-Adhesive Alliance—a company based on an innovative technology that transforms swine manure to create a glue adhesive that strengthens asphalt and received grants from National Science Foundation (NSF) to help get started.
