While serving on the Bunker Hill Elementary School PTA, Janelle Sperry secured grants for paving a track and basketball court, library grant which included new computer equipment, books and resource materials, and an Outdoor Science and Nature Center.

The nomination period for the 2013 Better Building Federal Award (BBFA) is now open. This contest builds on the Federal Government’s goal to reduce energy intensity – or energy consumed per square foot – by 30 percent by 2015 through encouraging, recognizing, and rewarding Federal agencies that achieve the greatest annual savings in energy intensity.

(WIFI) is a social justice organization working to break down structural and relational barriers preventing fathers and men from positively contributing to families and communities.Our goal is to engage more women and women’s groups around issues facing low-income men and fathers. To that end, Women In Fatherhood aims to serve as a bridge between policies, programs, and ideologies that have often appeared to be at odds.
