During these tough economic times, American families are forced to make tough choices about what they can afford and where they can tighten their belts. Through the course of the budget process the Obama Administration has done the same thing. The Fiscal Year 2011 Budget invests in areas that will help create jobs and a new economic foundation, and which wil save money in the long term. At the same time, the Administration makes tough choices to terminate or reduce programs that are not working well along with duplicated efforts, some in areas that are important to the President.
