Cybercrime

The most serious of these involve terrorist organizations or foreign government-sponsored operations attempting to steal sensitive information or disrupt critical operations.

This rating describes a program that needs to set more ambitious goals, achieve better results, improve accountability or strengthen its management practices.
  • The program clearly addresses the growing and dangerous problem of criminal acts facilitated by or involving computers.
  • The FBI has developed long-term and annual performance goals. For example, the program seeks to reduce the number of child pornography websites on the internet. Additional measures may be warranted.
