A rating of Results Not Demonstrated (RND) indicates that a program has not been able to develop acceptable performance goals or collect data to determine whether it is performing.
  • Inadequate planning has prevented the program from identifying and developing adequate performance measures that demonstrate progress and indicate achievement of long-term goals
  • Lack of financial controls and poor design have resulted in an inefficient use of resources.
  • Lack of internal or external evaluation has further hindered the program from meeting its performance and strategic goals.

Improvement Plan

About Improvement Plans

We are taking the following actions to improve the performance of the program:

  • Developing a strategic plan and comprehensive implementation plan that includes specific actions, defines costs and benefits and outlines roles and responsibilities for all participants.
  • Establishing annual and long-term performance measures will be used to indicate attainment of strategic goals.
  • Identifying all program partners, customers and end users. Developing collaboration and coordination plans for each partner, emphasizing accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.
