White House Schedule - February 6, 2013

In the morning, the President will attend the Senate Democratic Issues Conference at the Westin Annapolis Hotel in Annapolis, Maryland. This event is closed press. The departure and arrival from the South Lawn are open press. The arrival and departure from the Sherman Landing Zone at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland will have in-town travel pool coverage.

In the afternoon, the President will make a personnel announcement in the State Dining Room. This announcement is pooled press.

At 4:00 PM, the Vice President will administer the oath of office at a ceremonial swearing-in for Secretary of State John Kerry at the State Department.
