President's Schedule - February 26, 2015

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press. Following this meeting, the President will sit down with African American faith and civil rights leaders in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. This meeting is closed press.   

In the afternoon, the President will participate in the latest installment of “Live from the White House” by conducting a round of interviews with local television anchors from Fargo, Kansas City, Portland and Seattle to discuss the importance of exports and trade to American jobs.  While in Washington, the local anchors will spend the day with behind-the-scenes access to the White House and the President’s top advisers.  These interviews are embargoed until 5:00PM EST. The interviews will take place in the Roosevelt Room.

Later in the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will host a reception celebrating African American History Month in the East Room. There will be pool coverage of this reception.
