In the morning, the President will travel to Decatur, Georgia. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at Dobbins Air Reserve Base are open press.
In the morning, the Vice President will attend meetings at the White House.
In the afternoon, the Vice President will host a lunch meeting with President Giorgio Napolitano of Italy at Blair House.
While in Decatur, the President will visit a pre-kindergarten classroom at College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center and then deliver remarks at the Decatur Community Recreation Center to discuss his plan, unveiled in the State of the Union Address, to ensure high-quality preschool for every child. There will be out-of-town travel pool coverage of the President’s classroom visit and the President’s remarks will be open press.
In the afternoon, the President will depart Decatur, Georgia en route Washington, DC. The departure from Dobbins Air Reserve Base and the arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
In the afternoon, the President will participate in a virtual interview with Google+ and Americans from around the country in a Google+ Hangout to discuss his State of the Union Address. This event will be streamed live on WhiteHouse.gov, YouTube.com/whitehouse and the White House Google+ page.
