Welcome to this edition of the Council on Women and Girls weekly highlights. This week, President Obama emphasized the administration’s goal to win the future by visiting with innovators in business and the media. In keeping with his message of moving forward, the President also spoke on the situation in Egypt, stressing the importance of peaceful, democratic action as a force for change.
