President Obama Shares His Personal Thoughts Three Years After Sandy Hook

On December 14, 2012, a gunman took the lives to 20 children and 6 of their educators in Newtown, Connecticut. That tragic day at Sandy Hook Elementary School should have spurred immediate action to fix what we could -- and should -- about the gaping holes in our laws on background checks.
