On Saturday, May 21, 2022, the President signed into law:

H.R. 7691, the “Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022,” which provides supplemental emergency appropriations for fiscal year 2022 to Federal agencies to respond to the situation in, and for assistance to, Ukraine.

Thank you to Speaker Pelosi, Majority Leader Hoyer, Whip Clyburn, Minority Leader McCarthy, Chair DeLauro, and Ranking Member Granger, as well as Majority Leader Schumer, Minority Leader McConnell, Chair Leahy, and Vice Chair Shelby for their bipartisan work on this effort.

H.R. 7791, the “Access to Baby Formula Act of 2022,” which allows the waiver of certain program requirements in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children due to a supply chain disruption or emergency.
