Ernesto Fraga serves as a Policy Analyst and Coordinator for the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. Previously, he was a Herbert Scoville Junior Peace Fellow at Foreign Policy for America where he worked on promoting diplomacy in US foreign policy.

Ernesto first joined the Biden-Harris Administration in the Summer of 2023 as a Scheduling Intern within the Office of the First Lady. Prior to his internship, he was a Fellow at the Farmlink Project, where he engaged in policy and logistical operations aimed at mitigating food insecurity. He later worked at the Institute of Ecological Studies in Ecuador advocating for environmental rights and human rights.

Ernesto grew up in Cuba and immigrated to the United State when he was 15 years old. He earned an Associate of Arts in International Relations from the Honors College of Miami Dade College and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pomona College. Upon graduation, he was awarded the John Vieg Prize for being the top International Relations major.
