Luis Guerrero

Luis serves as Chief of Staff of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. Previously, Luis was an Associate Director and Trip Manager in the White House Office of Scheduling and Advance, where he managed logistics for over 100 domestic and 20 foreign trips for the President. Before that, he spent four years on Capitol Hill as a trusted advisor to a Member of Congress, drafting speeches, leading Latino community outreach, and representing the Member with local media. He is also a former AmeriCorps member.
Luis holds a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from the University of Texas and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Peace, War, and Defense and Global Studies from the University of North Carolina.
