Morgan Mohr currently serves as Senior Advisor to the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. Prior to her current role, she served as Associate Director for Strategic Planning for the White House Office of Political Strategy and Outreach, on the Biden-Harris Transition Team, as Nevada Deputy State Director for the Biden-Harris presidential campaign, as Chief of Staff on Pete Buttigieg’s primary campaign, and on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Born in Kokomo, Indiana, Mohr holds a BA from Indiana University and two master’s degrees from the University of Oxford where she was a Rhodes Scholar and specialized in gender policy and reproductive rights.
