Nezly Silva currently serves as Senior Policy Analyst in the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. Prior to this role, she served as Special Assistant to the Director of IGA. Before joining the Biden-Harris Administration, Nezly served as a Special Assistant on the Biden-Harris Transition Team helping lead Outreach for the Latino & Immigration Policy Portfolio. Before that, she was the former Research Manager at FWD.us, a bipartisan organization working to advance immigration and criminal justice reform. Nezly also served as a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Intern for Congressman Espaillat (NY-14) where she facilitated constituent services, drafted correspondence, and supported the Congressman’s work on the Small Business Committee. Before moving to Washington, D.C., Nezly worked as a BIA Accredited Representative for Catholic Charities of Arkansas. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and bachelor’s in Latin American Studies.
