Vice President Biden and Dr. Jill Biden to Travel to California

On Thursday, April 9th, the Vice President will travel to San Francisco, California to attend a political event. On Friday, April 10th, the Vice President will travel to Oakland, California to visit a Pacific Gas & Electric center where he will discuss the importance of workforce development and investing in job-training programs across the country.
