Statement by the Press Secretary on H.R. 91, H.R. 728, H.R. 891, H.R. 1326, H.R. 1350, H.R. 2620, S. 179

On Monday, July 20, 2015, the President signed into law:

H.R. 91, the “Veterans Identification Card Act 2015,” which requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to issue general purpose identification cards to all veterans without regard to the veterans' eligibility for Government benefits;

H.R. 728, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 7050 Highway BB in Cedar Hill, Missouri, as the Sergeant First Class William B. Woods, Jr. Post Office;

H.R. 891, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 141 Paloma Drive in Floresville, Texas, as the Floresville Veterans Post Office Building;

H.R. 1326, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2000 Mulford Road in Mulberry, Florida, as the Sergeant First Class Daniel M. Ferguson Post Office;

H.R. 1350, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 442 East 167th Street in Bronx, New York, as the Herman Badillo Post Office Building;

H.R. 2620, which amends the United States Cotton Futures Act to exempt cotton grown outside of the U.S. from certain sampling and grading requirement; and

S. 179, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 14 3rd Avenue, NW, in Chisholm, Minnesota, as the James L. Oberstar Memorial Post Office Building.
