President Barack Obama today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire to attend the Inauguration of His Excellency Alassane Dramane Ouattara on November 3, 2015.

The Honorable Thomas A. Shannon, Counselor of the Department of State, will lead the delegation.
