H.R. 5641, the “Small Project Efficient and Effective Disaster Recovery Act” or the “SPEED Recovery Act,” which increases the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s small project threshold to $1 million, thereby allowing more projects to proceed under
simplified procedures for response and recovery grant programs;

H.R. 7846, the “Veterans’ Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2022,” which provides for a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for veterans’ disability compensation and dependency and indemnity compensation beneficiaries equal to the Social Security COLA; and
