Jerome Francis Gorgon Jr., of Michigan, to be United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan for the term of four years.

Arthur Graham, of Florida, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority for the remainder of the term expiring May 18, 2026.

Paul Hollis, of Louisiana, to be Director of the Mint for a term of five years.

Ryan Anthony Kriegshauser, of Kansas, to be United States Attorney for the District of Kansas for the term of four years.

David LaCerte, of Louisiana, to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the remainder of the term expiring June 30, 2026.
