A Presidential Commission

Spousal readiness is military readiness.

Under President Donald J. Trump, the Federal Government prioritizes the quality of life of America’s military spouses and families while maintaining the highest standards of military readiness. Thriving military families mean a more resilient fighting force, and thus a stronger and more secure America.

Military Spouse Commission

Stronger Military Families.
A More Secure America.

Military spouses are intrinsically linked to the good order, readiness, and retention of America’s Armed Forces. They are vital to mission success. Their unwavering support of the home front enables our Service members to protect our homeland and defend our liberty. When duty calls, our military never fails to answer—and we must never fail to support and equip those who stand faithfully beside our warfighters.
