Anna Perng is Senior Advisor to the White House Office of Public Engagement where she serves as President Biden’s primary liaison to the aging and disability communities. Previously, she served as Special Advisor in the Administration for Community Living and co-founded Chinatown Disability Advocacy Project, a community of immigrants with disabilities and partners advocating for systemic change, language access, disability justice, and inclusion in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Anna served on the Presidential Transition Team and was an appointee at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development during the Obama Biden Administration.  A first-generation college student, Anna received her B.A. from Swarthmore College. She is a proud caregiver to her parents and her disabled children.
