Isabella Hassett serves as Associate Director for the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, covering the states portfolio. She previously held the role of Coordinator and Policy Analyst for the office. Isabella first joined the Biden-Harris Administration in the Fall of 2022 as an intern within the Office of the First Lady in the Office of the Social Secretary. Prior to her internship, she served as an intern for U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, former U.S. Representative Ted Deutch, Florida State Representative Christine Hunschofsky, and at the Center for the Developing Child at Harvard University. Although Isabella likes to say she is from everywhere and nowhere, she is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
