Carolina (Faith) Rynda is a Public Engagement Coordinator in the White House Office of Public Engagement, where she works on outreach to civil rights coalition groups. Previously, she was a Project Management and Research Consultant for a movement-building firm supporting national youth and reproductive justice organizations. Before then, Faith worked as a Finance Assistant during a Texas Congressional campaign and has served as a fellow in the Massachusetts Governor’s Office of Access and Opportunity and Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Resilience and Racial Equity. Faith also founded the Dublin Inclusion Project—an initiative comprising of 250+ individuals who work to advance racial justice, equity, and accountability across public institutions in her hometown. She is a proud Congressional Black Caucus Foundation alum and graduated from Boston University with honors.
